Which method do you recommend for lighting a charcoal grill?

While most people use lighter fluid to light their charcoal grill, we recommend using a charcoal chimney or electric starter to light a charcoal grill. Lighter fluid leaves a bad after taste in your meat if it does not burn off. Using a charcoal chimney or electric starter means that you do not need to use lighter fluid, thus no bad taste from unburned lighter fluid.

How do I keep my grill from rusting?

To keep the grill from rusting, we recommend that you store it in a shed, keep it covered with a grill cover or tarp, or store it under a covered patio. Either of these methods will keep the water from breaking down the paint on the grill which contributes to a rusty grill.
