Introducing our Home Maintenance Subscription Service! As a homeowner, you know that regular maintenance is key to keeping your home in top condition and avoiding costly repairs down the line. With our subscription service, you can relax and leave the maintenance to us. Our team of expert technicians will visit your home once per quarter to perform inspections and repairs on a variety of items, ensuring that your home stays safe and comfortable year-round.
Some of the services included in our subscription package include:
- inspecting fire extinguishers
- inspecting for plumbing leaks
- replacing air filters
- replacing light bulbs
- testing smoke detectors
- testing carbon monoxide detectors
- testing garage opener safety system
- testing Ground Fault Circuit Interruptors (GFCIs) outlets and breakers
- tightening loose door knobs
- securing loose trim
With our quarterly visits, you can rest easy knowing that your home is in good hands and any potential issues are caught and addressed early. Please note that this service is only available for homeowners and is not currently offered for apartments. Terms and Conditions
Quarterly visits are to complete one (1) hour of work. If additional time is needed to complete the work, then the customer will be notified for which repairs and the approximate amount of time needed to complete the repairs.
Pricing does not include materials or parts. This includes, but is not limited to, filters, batteries, and drywall patches.
Visual inspection will be done for attic inspections. Plumbing inspection includes checking toilets, faucets, showers, and bathtubs. Drywall hole repairs must not be bigger than 6 inches in diameter.
